Prioritizing talent cultivation planning and deepening school-enterprise cooperation and exchanges—Chambroad Logistics visits China University of Petroleum, Shengli College

To deepen school-enterprise cooperation and advance the "N1N project", on June 24, Wu Jiabao, Chairman and General Manager of Shandong Chambroad Logistics Co., Ltd., Wang Jianfang, Director and Deputy General Manager of Shandong Chambroad Logistics Co., Ltd., and Fan Xiaotao, General Manager of the Railway Branch of Shandong Chambroad Logistics Co., Ltd., along with four others, visited China University of Petroleum (CUP) Shengli College to discuss school-enterprise cooperation. Wang Xiaoyong, Vice President of Shengli College; Zhang Zhijun, Party Secretary of the Petroleum and Gas Engineering College; and Dai Xiaodong, Executive Dean of the Petroleum and Gas Engineering College, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Wang Xiaoyong. Vice President Wang first welcomed the company leaders. Vice President Wang also spoke highly of Jingbo's corporate culture and the development of Chambroad Logistics, expressing confidence in Jingbo's future development and believing that school-enterprise cooperation with Chambroad Logistics would achieve a win-win situation for the school, the enterprise, and the students. Following this, Mr. Wu introduced the development of Chambroad Logistics. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on tank farms, hazardous chemical logistics safety, equipment, measurement and handover, technological innovation, and talent cultivation. They also exchanged information on technical and personnel issues and needs, receiving positive responses from school leaders. Mr. Wu expressed hope for closer cooperation with the school in talent cultivation, training, and innovation, working together for a brighter future. Finally, Vice President Wang invited the company leaders to tour the school's laboratories, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of the construction of university laboratories and student teaching. Mr. Wu praised the school's advanced educational and management philosophies and suggested that Chambroad Logistics could serve as an off-campus laboratory for the school, combining theoretical knowledge with practice and deepening students' understanding of the enterprise. Through this visit and exchange, Chambroad Logistics and Shengli College reached a high degree of consensus on industry-academia-research cooperation projects and talent cultivation and plan to engage in in-depth cooperation, helping Chambroad Logistics reach new heights.

Wang Zhujiang, Chairman and General Manager of CIMC Rui Jiang, visited and exchanged views with Chambroad Logistics

On June 23, a delegation of seven from CIMC RuiJiang Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CIMC RuiJiang), including Chairman and General Manager Wang Zhujiang, visited Chambroad Logistics for an exchange. Chambroad Logistics Chairman and General Manager Wu Jiabao, Director and Vice General Manager Wang Jianfang, and other leaders accompanied them. The CIMC RuiJiang delegation visited Chambroad Logistics' vehicle dispatch center, simulated cockpit, railway branch, oil storage branch, and company museum. On June 10, a group of seven, including Zhang Baoliang, member of the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor; Li Benhe, Director of Binzhou Customs; and Gong Ping, Deputy Director of the Municipal Commerce Bureau, visited Chambroad Logistics to investigate the construction of the Inland Port Multimodal Transport Operation Center project (hereinafter referred to as the "Inland Port"). Wu Jiabao, Chairman and General Manager of Chambroad Logistics, gave a project report. County leaders including Gao Mei, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee; Tian Daojun, Member of the County Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of the County Party Committee Office; and Zhang Chuanke, Member of the County Party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, accompanied the investigation. Deputy Mayor Zhang Baoliang and his team investigated the Inland Port construction site, learning about the planning and construction overview. Chairman and General Manager Wu Jiabao reported on the project's progress. Subsequently, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the project's progress and construction during the epidemic. At the symposium, Mr. Wu gave a brief report on the basic situation of the "Binxinou" China-Europe freight train and the construction and operation of the Inland Port. Zhang Baoliang, member of the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, expressed his high regard for the Inland Port construction. He stated that relevant municipal and county departments should proactively coordinate and increase support in terms of policies and funding to solve problems for the enterprise's project construction, maximize their leading role, and help the project progress efficiently and with high quality. All levels of customs departments should strengthen communication and coordination, further optimizing the foreign trade development environment and strengthening foreign trade backflow through the Inland Port construction. Deputy Mayor Zhang Baoliang pointed out that enterprises should use the Inland Port construction to cultivate a comprehensive foreign trade service platform, seize policy opportunities, further study the direction of enterprise development, plan and construct in advance, create new advantages for enterprise development, accelerate the construction of the Inland Port, put it into operation as soon as possible, reduce the foreign trade logistics costs of enterprises, optimize the transportation structure, and promote the increase and improvement of foreign trade in the city. The construction of the Inland Port Multimodal Transport Operation Center project leverages the advantages of Boxin County's location and policies, and utilizes the comprehensive advantages of Qingdao Port International Logistics Co., Ltd. in sea-rail intermodal transport and inland port construction, as well as the advantages of Shandong Chambroad Logistics Co., Ltd. in terms of sites, routes, and cargo sources. Through the public-rail-sea multimodal transport mode, the port functions of Qingdao Port are advanced to Boxin. In the future, Chambroad Logistics will rely on the Inland Port and customs supervision and operation sites to build a comprehensive foreign trade service platform, reduce the logistics costs of surrounding enterprises, drive foreign trade exports, promote transformation and upgrading, and achieve high-quality development.
