Attaching importance to talent cultivation planning and deepening school-enterprise cooperation and exchanges--Chambroad Logistics entered Shengli College of China University of Petroleum

In order to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and promote the process of "N1N Project", on June 24th, seven people, including Wu Jiabao, Chairman and General Manager of Shandong Chambroad Logistics Co., Ltd., Wang Jianfang, Director and Deputy General Manager of Shandong Chambroad Logistics Co., Ltd. and Fan Xiaotao, General Manager of Shandong Chambroad  Logistics Co., Ltd., entered Shengli College of China Shiyou University to exchange views on school-enterprise cooperation. Wang Xiaoyong, Vice President of Shengli College, Zhang Zhijun, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Oil and Gas Engineering College, and Dai Xiaodong, Executive Dean of Oil and Gas Engineering College attended the exchange meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Wang Xiaoyong, vice president of the college. Dean Wang first welcomed the leaders of the company. At the same time, President Wang spoke highly of the construction of Chambroad corporate culture and the development of Chambroad Logistics, and expressed confidence in the future development of Chambroad. He believed that through the school-enterprise cooperation with Chambroad Logistics, a win-win situation among schools, enterprises and students would be achieved.

Subsequently, Mr. Wu introduced the development of Chambroad Logistics. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges around the tank farm, logistics safety of hazardous chemicals, equipment, measurement handover, technological innovation and personnel training. At the same time, we communicated with the school on technical and personnel issues and needs, and received positive responses from school leaders. Mr. Wu expressed the hope that Chambroad Logistics can cooperate more closely with the school in personnel training, training and innovation, and seek common future.

Finally, President Wang invited the company leaders to visit the school laboratory, and everyone had a deeper understanding of the construction of university laboratories and students' teaching.

Mr. Wu praised the school's advanced school-running concept and management concept, and proposed that Chambroad Logistics can be used as an off-campus laboratory of the school, which is conducive to the combination of theoretical knowledge and practice on the one hand, and can deepen students' understanding of the enterprise on the other.

Through this visit and exchange, Chambroad Logistics and Shengli College have reached a high degree of consensus on cooperation projects and personnel training in Industry-University-Research and are ready to carry out in-depth cooperation to help Chambroad Logistics to a new level.
